iPhone of course!!! Thats a no-brainer...
Now if you mean a physical keyboard, not a virtual one, then go with the motorola backflip, htc tilt,or lg expo. Hope i helped! [but dude iPhones really rock!!!]

Edit: oops those last two are $199....maybe they might have refurbished ones for lower...

Hello, I currently have the LG Xenon and my contract has just ran out. I want to update my phone now but keep some of the similar features:
-Touch screen
-QWERTY keyboard
-And preferably social networking
If you could give me some suggestions that would be great! I do have a budget of $150 though.
