In all the anime i've seen i have a lot of favorites, a few that cross my mind right away are Guts from Berserk, Revy from Black Lagoon, Mugen Samurai Champloo. But i think the most deadly killer is a young girl (about 13 or 14 years old) called Kirika Yuumura from NOIR. She kills with whatever is at hand. I guess her most memorable kills came when she threw popcorn on the ground on a pitch black room and where ever she heard the popcorn being stepped on she pointer her gun and had a sure kill (at the 42 sec mark on the video). My obligatory mention of Guts from Berserk, as well as Zodd, and also Kid Buu from DBZ (he killed billions).

Well here's some proof of how much ass Kirika kicks. In the video u'll see Kirika at 6 years old doing her first hit (forward video between 2:34 thru 2:55). i don't think Train Heartnet did her first hit at that age... So enjoy the video. And for the record Train kicks ass, But Kirika is the most skilled killer ever

Hajime from Gantz, this kid is a complete sadistic psycho path. He ruthlessly takes peoples lives and displays great enjoyment in watching them die a slow painful death.

1. Number 35 A.K.A Mariko - Elfen Lied - She, This little girl is the greatest killer because to most people you cannot see her attacks. She is a vicious killer and by far the most powerful Diclonious of them all. She defeated Lucy with ease and is a total psycho. Her attacks can easily kill any human and tear apart any low class mecha.
2. Afro Samurai - He is the best killer because If I need to explain this than you never seen the anime

3.Alucard and Dante - One is a bad ass and the other stabbed a girly through the heart with her own rifle and I am pretty sure that rifle had no blade at the end of it.
