Best "80cc" bike motor kit?

I want a bike motor kit thats "80cc" i understand that dealers lie about this and they are really more like 66 cc but i know some motors suck really bad too

So any help would be appreciated please dont answer telling me that they all suck and to use a chainsaw motor etc. cuz im not gonna do that
