Best 16" tires for a Folding Bike...?

I've noticed that not many manufacturers produce this size for adults oriented bikes -mainly Foldings and Recumbents-, but I'd love to know if you know who produces this size and type -16" X 2.00- and capable of handling over 200 pounds...
Any idea will be great, thanx!
