best 1.3-2mp cameraphones (GSM 900) under $200 w/o contract?

I'm stationed in Africa right now (GSM 900 networks) and need a cameraphone for capturing those "everyday life" moments that always seem to come up here when I don't have my real camera with me. My requirements in order of importance:

* Under $200 (obviously without signing a US contract)
* 1.2mp (or greater) cam that takes good shots (low-light mode or flash a plus)
* Small size/weight a plus (less than 100grams nice, I don't need to lug around a full smartphone!)
* Memory card slot a big plus but not mandatory
* Sturdy enough to handle a dusty concrete world. . .
* Form factor not crucial (although the "no-moving-parts" simplicity of the candybar is attractive)

Phones on my list so far include: Nokia 6681 (heavy but good cam with flash), Nokia 6230i (cam not great), Sony Ericsson K510i (no slot), Moto SLVR L7e (not available yet, cam quality?), Samsung SGH-T809 / D820 (sturdy?). I also just read about the Samsung SGH-A707 (Cingular's new "SYNC"), which looks nice but I haven't seen it for sale unlocked/no contract yet.

Any recommendations as to the best in that list, or to any obvious ones I'm missing? I'm willing to buy off Ebay and POSSIBLY even slightly used, if it gets me a good-quality phone within my budget.

Thanks!
