I already have a healthy diet(healthy enough anyway) and eat/drink brain food(currently researching more about it) like blueberry juice, dark chocolate, green tea, fish oil( I don't eat enough fish) and I do enough cardio exercise after tafe and sleep 8 hours every day and learning about studying techniques. Am I doing everything I can or is there more I could do? I heard about nootropics but they sound complicated,ineffective/waste of time and I don't have time to research those things. So besides Diet/brain food, exercise and sleep and learning to study well all of which are proven by science to help academics is there anything else I could be doing to do better at school?
***The reason I'm asking this is because I have only 1 month to finish all my assignments and exam and I am worried that I won't make it, I am going to study hard all day everyday with small breaks in between. so I want to do whatever it takes to pass.
