Does it seem like he has no clue to anyone else? He keeps saying the same things over and over again no matter what happens. Recovery is coming along but jobs will be slow and financial meltdown in Europe won't affect us at all.

Bernanke is doing exactly what he is supposed to do. Say as little as possible, and be so vague that his comments will have no affect on the markets.

It's alright to just say "I don't know what the Fed Chairman does".

You don't have to say it in veiled language.
