UC Berkeley offers this scholarship to those who have 4.1 gpa from high school and meet financial need. How does this scholarship work in terms of amount given? Will they cover up the rest of my fees that i can't pay (including pell grant and cal grant, and federal seog grant or w/e its called, ill still need to pay about 4,000 since it costs around 15,000 for a semester at Cal).
