Benidorm is written (and always has been) by Derren Litten. There is a Special on either Christmas Night or Boxing Night then the new series starts next year, probably around Easter.

I don't think Troy is in it as the actor has landed a part in the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Gavin is, though.

After the fourth series has aired, the cast are going "on tour" with a stage production which will tour and will appear at Theatre's across the UK, probably in 2012.
