No. Molina is a much more consistent performer, and with the A's lineup about to get all shaken up, i'm betting that his numbers will decrease. Its not a good idea to trade consistency for someone who is streaky no matter what. Bonafacio is a good example of someone who is fading faster than he came in. Molina is also a league veteran, and he plays in the national league.
