I was reading on some issues that were kinda realted to mine but not exactly . Im not overweight Im average so I want to start with that no offense to anyone just all the posts Ive been reading it seems like obesity was linked to my health issue. So I woke up in the middle of the night to a stabbing pain in my navel. So i woke up and touched it and it was all crusty. I just cleaned it out with water and IT HURT LIKE H***. So I went back to sleep and next morning it was pure bright pink. As if it was fresh skin. I examined it a little more and noticed when I swabbed it out a yellowish color piss came out and it smelled so bad. Im pretty good with cleaning my navel so I was really confused. So I started getting pains in my left saide as if someone was sqeezing me only in that are though and then Id get sharp random pains in my navel liek around that area. This happened christmas night so I have been working and havent had a day off to go to the doc and wondering if I even should. But Ive been cleaing it with alcohol wipes like the ones in a first aid kit but regardless if I clean it with just plain pure water or alcohol it stings EVEN WATER thats what is so strange.it doesnt smell anymore its not pink like it was but its def a diff color than my skin. It hurts to the touch not hurts but sore. SHould I leave it or go see a doc I will have to go to the ER becasue non of the docs here in my are will t ake my insurance so I kinda want to avoid the ER if poss but then at the same time I know if I do go out of my area and go see a doc there just going to refer me to the hosp or a lab to get an xray so I figure let me same a trip and kill 2 birds with one stone. HELP!!!!
