Bell Remote help best answer 10pts?

i basically got a new tv and attempted to reprogram so i could use the volume and turn on and off on the tv, but now my remote is not working for my hd reciever (i cannot change channels or basically use the remote at all) can someone give me the code for the remote to work with bell again, i could not care less now if the power or the volume on the tv works or not i just want it to work again, i would like this fixed now so i dont need to call bell
