I have a prepaid phone from bell, but I stopped paying for it a few months ago..so they disconnected it. Is it possible for me to connect it again? if so how much? & will I have to pay the money I didn't use? I had unlimited texting, but after I had to pay for it again I couldn't text..so would my plan be like new again?
