Bell mobility is it right for me?

ok so i was wondering if the phone "lg rumor 2" in blue is in at bell mobility and if not why haven't they put it in blue instead i am a girl by the way lol going to high school need a phone asap and if you know any good cell phone only at bell mobility please do tell and not expensive either
