Bell Mobility HTC touch phone wont respond?

Okay,so my uncle gave me his HTC touch phone, & it worked fine until today. The touch screen won't respond. I've taken the battery out,pressed the reset button. The phone will turn on but touch screen still doesnt work. The "send" and "end' button work but only dials the last call made.

also, I have no USB cord for it so idk if theres anything much i can do now??

whats wrong with the phone?? Help??
