I've been over charged by almost $30 on my bill and I'm wondering what's going on?

Ok, so I have a Blackberry smartphone with a smartphone plan where I pay minimum $45 per month for both voice and data plan. My data limit is 500MB and I only use about 70MB per month.

But for some reason my bill has 2 data plans on it.
One for "Email & Internet Bberry 500 Blackberry Usage" which is the one where I only use 70MB
and another one for "Email & Internet Bberry 500 Data Usage."

Apparently I used over 950MB on the "Email & Internet Bberry 500 Data Usage" one so I got charged 3 cents per MB which came out to an overcharge of almost $30!!!

I tried calling Bell but it's St. Jean Baptiste in Quebec so nobody is working.

Please, if anyone can explain it to me that would be great.

And the part that gets me is, if my limit is 500MB, and I used only 70MB then shouldn't I only be over-charged for 470MB not 900?????!!!!
500 minus 70 is 430MB that I would have left
then 900 minus 430 is 470, that's my logic, what's Bell Mobility's?????

And lastly should I just get rid of my smartphone and go back to a regular one or just switch phone companys???? It seems like Bell is always trying something new to screw with our bills...
