Bell 3G data and WiFi?

okay so I recently just bought a Samsung Omnia II from Bell, and I have the data plan and everything, so I was just wondering when I'm on WiFi, say at home or school, does it still count as a data packet or whatever?

So basically does my WiFi cancel out my 3G data transfer?
