Belkin N Wireless USB adapter not detecting networks?

Hi. I had my internet setup and everything and then my computer screwed up. I reinstalled windows and formatted the hard drive since there was nothing on there that I needed, and then I reinstalled the software for my belkin wireless adapter, but now it isn't picking up any networks. My internet and router are fine since we get internet on every other computer, and the other computer says the adapter is working properly, but no networks will show up. I did everything with the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and everything else. Can someone please help me? Thank you
