We just bought this brand new. We set the router up (my husband and I) and it was working fine, meaning wirelessly. We shut everything off one night and the thing hasn't worked right since. I can still use the internet if I use the cable and plug in, and the signal strength on the wireless network is excellent but it won't connect to the internet. It always stops when it's verifying my IP address and it has a red light under the computer icon on the router. Any ideas? I've tried completely removing it and putting it back on again in the network section but it won't work. I am getting through the security passcode fine. i don't get it. Is it broke?
