Ok, let me start by saying the accident was in iowa and I was uninsured. I was hit by a guy who ran a red light and hit me while I was making a left turn. My car had little damage but after he hit me he hit a fire hydrant then a telephone pole. He admitted the accident was his fault and everyone who witnessed it said it was also. We both received tickets I got a no insurance and a failure to yield which was dismissed in court. And he got a failure to obey a traffic signal ticket. Now his insurance company is sueing me and I do not have the money for a lawyer. What do I do?!
