my mom is being sued by a hospital for a small amount that she was paying $100 per month on. Well at the beginning she owed $400 and that is what's on the paper she received for going to court. That she was being sued for $400. According to how she's paying this hospital; when she goes to court; she will no longer owe the hospital anything; she will have paid them all $400. But, the company has charged her $180 for taking her to court. Will judgement still be against her. she has all her receipts from this hospital.
