In May 2011, I am due to have surgery on my foot. The surgeon has told me to expect a 12 week recovery period, when I'll have very limited mobility.
I have two different part-time jobs. One employer is sympathetic & understanding about time off for recovery, the other is expecting me to attend for work whenever I'm able, & they'll assign me some lighter duties if needed.
Is it legal for me to be off sick from one job whilst still attending the other? And would I be able to get two fit for work notes from a doctor with differing recommendations on them?
