Being in a picture????????????????

I am a 16 year old boy and I hate having my picture taken. My friends love taking picture of them self's They always want me to be in them so I agree even though I don`t want to. However every time I am in a picture it looks bad. I never look good in those pictures. How can I stop this from happening again.
 
the best thing to do is to think of something funny so you can have a genuine smile.
