I'm not exactly obsessed with my weight, but I do feel the need to be healthy and lose a couple of pounds. There's no desire in how long I want to do that, but for starters, what can I eat that is considered healthy? And what ISN'T considered healthy (the more obvious question)
As my title questions states, can I eat eggs (scrambled or sunnyside up) and be healthy at the same time?
Second, what exercises could I do to become fit?
