Beginning a small at home business?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I am beginning an at home based virtual reception/answering service. How much would be a fair price to charge per month?
I wouold prefer not to charge an hourly rate and have clientel commit to a minimal service of three months. I welcome all advice, once I set a price, it will be difficult to raise prices. Thank you!
