beginner street/park bmx bike?

i want a bike with back and front brakes and a gyro. it needs to be able to handle jumping small ramps about 2-3 ft high. I'll be using it mostly on the street, but there is a place that has dirt ramps and stuff near my house, so it will also need to be able to handle jumping those. My budget is about $350, but i can probably get up to $400.

I would like there to be front brakes, but it's not extremely important
