Lately, I've become more enthusiastic about photography and I find myself constantly looking at beautiful pictures on Flickr and Deviantart. I don't if it's the new environment that I'm in (I just moved) or if it's the bright sunny days of the summer but I really would love to start taking my own pictures and eventually build a career around it. I would absolutely love to do photojournalism. I know that taking photography classes is a must do but what I'd like to know is:
What would be a good camera to buy for someone that is in the beginning stages of learning photography? Are there brands that are better than others? Would do recommend?
The price does not matter; my mom has a good grip on money these days and she doesn't mind buying an expensive camera for me. I may have to wait some time to get it but it'll be worth it(;
