I have gained alot of fats at my thigh, waist and tummy area and i would like to do something about it. I don't have much time to do stuff like crunches, sit ups and stuff so i have decided to fast walking/jogging on treadmill. The only thing is when i jog too fast i have stitches so i walk like to just do brisk walking so i was wondering if brisk walking help with losing fat too? Oh and i know i have to start with just a few minutes first and then slowly add more like today i do 20min and then the next 25min and so on, and i was wondering how long should i brisk walk/jog for the very first time?
