"perfect entity"? My roommate was trying to explain some logical philosophy to me to prove that God exists (my question IS NOT trying to prove/disprove this logic), and PART of this explanation involved the preconceived idea of a "perfect entity". He said that since we can all imagine a being that is perfect in every single quality (perfect entity) before we were even told anything about God or religion, that this alone makes a "perfect entity" exist. And that this quality is specific to humans (I know, that's technically unproveable).
So my question to you is: Before you were told anything about God or religion (when you were very young), did you picture/imagine an entity that is perfect in every way? (Before finding out by observation/being told that there is a thing/idea called God.)
My roommate said that he did, but I asked my girlfriend and she said that she didn't imagine it and I don't think I did either (although it's hard to remember that long ago, but I'm pretty sure I didn't).
