Before this change, my att.net mail came to BOTH my Outlook AND my iPhone Google?

So, for quite awhile, my att.net mail came to BOTH my Outlook AND my iPhone Google account....AND, ...all of my University of Washington email was forwarded to my att.net account. Since this change May 25, I can't seem to get my UW mail anywhere, and my att.net mail isn't going to my Outlook (I did somehow get it to my iPhone). I think it has something to do with the POP info changing....? Can you help?
 
Before when you set up your Outlook account when it asked for your user name you only typed in the first part of your email address (i.e., for [email protected] your id would be user) Now for the user id you have to type in the entire email address.

Your user name is now your entire email address. ([email protected])

My advice is to create a GMail account, forward all of your email to that account. GMail will allow you to set up your email account in a way that you can still receive and send email from your old account using your ATT Net Mail account. You can even import all of your old email to the GMail account with the option of leaving a copy in your ATT Net Mail account.
