Before the credits on a CBS show what is that they flash on the screen?

I was watching Big Bang Theory, How I met Your Mother and Two and A Half Men and when the show ends before the credits it flashes a LONG paragraph type thing that you can't read. It is driving my husband crazy because he doesn't know what it says. Does anyone know what they are saying or where I can get that information?
