I've been working out everyday for about 2 weeks now I ride 5 miles on my stationary bike and then I do one hundred crunches but my stomach looks bloated and pushed out, I can feel my abs. Also I've lost my appetite, not that I don't eat I'm just not as hungry. And I know it takes time, waaaay more than two weeks so start seeing results I'm not looking for some get ripped quick thing I'm just wondering why my stomach looks pushed out, it wasn't like this before I started working out.
