Been watching what ieat, exercise, But have ibs & very bad bloating?

Hi all,

I'm gutted yet again. I weight 12st this morning :-( Height 5ft-8 -- Body frame large. I have been watching what i eat, Having a 30g bowl of, just right cereal + semi-milk, Lunch --- Have wholemeal salad wrap Nothing else.. Tea.. I dont eat processes food usually i make anything from --- eg shephard pie, curry, jacket spud & beans, or i make my own healthily chill. these are things i would have.

I also do pole dancing for fitness around 3 hours per week & i have been going swimming 2-3 times aweek.

Could some one advice me on where i'm going wrong, as i keep putting weight on each week. I do have ibs and my stomach getting very painful and swells. put ive put 2lb on last week and 1lb on this week.. Im gutted. I'm not due on my period till begin june.

I dont want slimming pills offers, i just want to know could this IBS be causing me to put weight on, could i be holding water. I dont drink enough water, could it be that??
