Been riding a bike 15 -20 miles a day and havent lost weight in 7 months?

Is this working??? Should I just give up? I been dieting and drinking water If I cheat on my diet its only 1 day a week. The weight just wont come off I weigh 180lbs
I bike about 2 weeks str8 without taking a day off and so on
Yes I feel more in shape but its disapointing not to lose 1 lb
 
Do you feel more in shape though? Do your clothes fit you better? Maybe you're building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so you won't "lose" pounds but you will be healthier and slimmer. Exercise is never bad for you so I wouldn't give it up. Maybe you're not eating enough and your body is holding onto fat. Don't give up. The exercise is great for your body, your mind and your stress. Good for you!
