About a month ago, I suddenly developed a light-headed feeling and thought I was going to faint. The faint feeling comes and goes each day but I constantly have had an unbalanced feeling ever since it all started. I feel like I'm on a boat (no spinning), or it's like feeling that my head is disconnected from my body. The feeling worsens when I move suddenly, sit, lean over, turn my head or lay down. I feel better if I stay still.
I have had some bleeding when blowing my nose and was using a saline nasal spray and it seems to not flow through my nose and when it comes out it's bloody and I can taste blood after using it.
3 or 4 other people I work with also have had similar symptoms, although a couple of them have a lot of congestion whereas I don't, and no answers as to what this is. None of us has ever had anything like this or for this long.
My doctor ran a lot of tests on me and found no reason for these symptoms - I'm not anemic, thyroid is good, heart EKG fine, no signs of infection in bloodwork, WBC normal, mono test was normal.
Can anyone shed some light on what this could be?
