Been brown spotting for 3 days before period. (period due in 4 days) Took

preg test and said negative. Help? did some research and the causes could be
miscarriage
leftover blood from last period
pregnant
etc

took 2 preg tests and they came out negative.
should I worry about it or not?
 
Brown spotting is very normal before the period. I get that every period. It's my body telling me that the real period is on it's way. It's not a miscarriage or pregnancy sign. If you just conceived and were spotting it would be light pink tinged.
 
Brown spotting is not uncommon..it happens to alot of women. It could be due to your diet and the activities you do throughout the day. I doubt it is a miscarriage, but unless your having unprotected sex often then you should be careful. Its nothing to reallybe worried about :)
 
sometimes that is the case but there is much discomfort when this happens due to a miscarriage and u would be in excrutiating pain.

the most common answer is that the utterin wall is taking longer to detach before shedding so the blood is coagulating before exiting...this causes the brown color.

periods are actually never on a set schedual although they seem like it they can change and occur at any random date in time.

if things get uncomfortable call your doctor but most likely things are fine.
