I dont no who old u are but ifur at school then organise with a teacher to get some extra spelling words.Practise usingthe "look,cover, write, check, method and keep going till u get them all write.As for reading, find books that u CAN read atthe moment a practise readingthem out loud and in ur head EVERYDAY, as u get better increase ur reading, get harder books.
Reading aloud helps u to form the words correctly and makes sure that uactually understant them
Keep a dictionary and maybe also a thesaurus nearby when reading or spelling so u can look it up ifu having trouble.
Its going totake time but u can do it,i did. Im 13 and now reading at a university level.U just need to giveur time, patience and effort, dont expect to b great right away.
Also avoid using "text speak" on facebook and in emails as this could possibly effect urprogress at the moment.
