I always thought that if a word is in the dictionary, it can not be copyrighted. Being that the word google is a recognized word in the English language, is the company still allowed to have its copyright or trademark on it? Once it's in the dictionary, is it free to everyone?
Because Google is in the dictionary, can it by copyrighted?
