Bearded dragon has a cut, help?

I took the other one back because he was extremely aggressive. I got another one, and he's freaking awesome. Now, I've noticed that he has a cut on his let from the pet store. Should I take any special precaution? Also, I have him out right now, and he's extremely lazy, I mean i put him down and he doesn't even fix his legs, the kinda folded. They still work, lol, but they kinda limply laying there. Also he's on my shirt and its 1 pm, his eyes are closed. Is his sleeping, or what? I mean, he's alert, when I walk he opens his eyes and looks around as a normal bearded dragon. I just wanna make sure everything is ok. I know they're lazy, but not this lazy. Is this ok?
