Be your favorite team's GM & coach?

If you could be GM for your favorite team what kind trades and line up will you come up. It has to be reasonable trades and has to make sense. Who will be spark off the bench from your favorite team?

My favorite team is the cavs and i would trade away Anderson Verjoe and give more minutes to J.J Hickson and Danny Green. Also i would make Big Z Power forward since he opens up floor for LeBron and make shaq center. This is very similar to Lakers. Mo, LeBron, West, Big Z, Shaq are all good but now they need someone like Odom in there team. Some one who can play almost every position and come off the bench or be in the starting line up. Odom can also shoot the threes. Signing Anderson was a big mistake for my cavs.
 
If i were gm and coach of the T-wolves, i would keep every player we have, try a few different Starting 5, see who meshs together better!! My starting 5 would look like this pg Johny Flynn, SG Wayne Ellington, SF Ryan Gomes, PF Kevin Love, C Al Jefferson!! Good Young Core!!! First Guy to be called off the bench Sebastian Telfaire and Cory Brewer!!!Cory Brewer would be the spark off the bench, he's not a great scorer, but a pretty good perimeter defender, has long arms to rebound and would hopefully get the other guys to play harder on the defensive side of the ball!!!
