There is a policy in Baltimore county athletic policy stating anyone 19 and older as of Aug 31 will not be able to participate. I'm a junior currently and 18 yrs old. My birthday is in January and will be 19 in January. Will this rule affect me and prevent me from playing tennis my senior year?
