BB Instant email problem

Hi all. I have BB 8100 that I bought in Germany. It is T mobile bb. I am from Croatia and I use T mobile in Croatia. The problem is,I asked T mobile to activate me the BB Instant email service,they did, but I couldnt make account on a website they told me I need to do it(the place where you need to put your PIN and IMEI . It is must to make account there so you could use the service. I get error when I klick on sing up. They told me its becouse the phone isnt bought in T mobiel Croatia,and they still dont have 8100,only 8700g.
They told me they dont think I will be able to use BB email in their network. That makes my BB useless
Does anyone know is there a way to make my phone work? What seems to be the problem?
Thing is that Blackberry service is new in Croatia so noone really knows what is the problem.
 
You need to contact T-mobile Germany and have them release the PIN and IMEI from this BIS so that you can use it. Both carriers can request the PIN and IMEI be released. I hope this helps. This assumes that the Blackberry 8100 is unlocked.
 
Tnx.No BB is locked on T mobile. But it accepts my t mobile card in Croatia. So it seems that it is the same kind of lock in both countrys.
