my phone a blackberry Bold 9000 all of a suddent stopped playing any kind of ring tone or alert. I went to the settings and nothing has changed. It only vibrates. I did not donwload anything and did not perform any upgrades. I did try to remove the battery and install it again but did not work ... it is just silent. The phone is 1 month old ... any suggestions???
