BB 9100 Pearl : how do I check if my phone is still locked?

Hi all,

I have a BB 9100 Pearl and, when I press meppd to check what is active/disable, it ask me to input the code for the Service Provider. I am not able to see what is locked at all. How can I find out?

I got Network codes to unlock my phone. But it is asking for Service Provider codes...

Can anyone explain to me why this is?
