BB 8900 totally DEAD!!!need idea

help anyone encountered this problem bb8900 totally dead

board pcb GOOD(no repair)
can't detect via usb
no power
can't bootup
not charging
no responce from pc

I've got 5 BB9000 like this< would also appreciate some ideas

for dead 8900, just remove the track ball panel with the flex completely from d board. not just the ball, but the full censor board wit the flex. fone should come on after that. replace the track board wit another.
