Battery drains after game play. Any suggestions?

My kids love to play Robo Defense and they play so much that when I need my phone, the battery is almost exhausted. This happens pretty often. Is there any alternatives?

The easiest solution for me was an extra battery, after my grandkids get finished playing games I just pop the charged one in and recharge the spent one. I got an extra battery for my N1 from HTC for $25.00.

This used to be a problem on my Droid1, but since moving to the Droid X, playing games doesn't hurt the battery life nearly as much. Like ggrant said, an extra battery might be the way to go. Or an extended battery.

Or the old fashioned way and plug it in while there playing it, i love torturing my kids with that. nothing worse than a stationary portable device.

Apart from investing a new battery or plugging it in, you can also try this new approach - let your kids run the same ROBO DEFENCE apps on windows PC. That way they do not fight with you for battery life.

One way to do it is posted on www.youwave.com. I downloaded the application and it works with quite a few apps I tried.

Good Luck.
