Batman's Worst Villain?

There's no doubt that there are a ton of Batman villains, but which one is worst? Here's my list, with my reasoning:

The Joker : bent on chaos, represents everything Batman stands against, which is order and justice.

Two Face : All Batman's potential that has turned to the dark side; represents the fall of good, and provides a distinct moral challenge for Batman.

Riddler : Appeals to Batman's traditional detective side, providing a unique challenge for the Batman.

On a side note: was Two Face ever in Arkham Asylum? I know Riddler and Joker were.

Yeah. In the episode with Maxie Zeus, he calls Two-Face by Janus, god of dichotomy (or something like that).

I have to go with the Joker. He was always the best villain in the episodes. Made you laugh.

:D - Joker, especially in the DCAU continuation. He is the deadliest, most threatening villain Batman has ever faced mentally as well as physical.

2nd, I would say Bane. Bane placed Batman in the most physical danger in my opinion.

I was hoping this thread would mean "worst" in the sense of their quality as a fictional character. I was ready to go on a rant about how boring Firefly was.

But anyway...Joker, Joker, Joker, blah, etc.

Hahaha, I read the thread topic, and I thought you meant the villain I disliked the most (Clock King). I was ready to unload on how much I hated that character for having a silly gimmick. :( Who cares if he's timed everything in life, that's still no reason why he can fight hand-to-hand with Batman.

Oh, and Wonder Woman would have a hard time dodging a punch in 1/30th of a second. :D

But in terms of ruthlessness, I pick Ra's, only because he's the leader of an army. Joker's nasty, but he's not the world-wide threat that Ra's is. That said, Joker is a bigger pain in the neck on the individual level.

Wasn't sure if some people confine themselves to one forum or another on this site, as I'm relatively new to it. Wanted to get more dialogue going, so I figured I'd throw it in both the General and DC forums. Is it a problem? If so I'll remove one, just figured more people would be talking, and that's good.

"Worst" as in boring, or least formidable?

Probably Maxie Zeus...I see no reason for his existence.

(BTW, Firefly and Clock King were very cool!)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this thread supposed to be for Batman's "worst" villian? I think there's already a thread to put down your favorite Batman villian. I would say that the worst villian from either BTAS or TNBA would have to be Farmer Brown:

Well, as it seems worst equates to most B.A., the answer is obvious.

Green hair. Big red smile.

Duh.

However, as I did misinterpret the thread before entering, I think the lamest and/or most ill-conceived Batman villain ever is Calendar Man. Conceptually, it's a character that could have promise but I've never really (even by Jeph Loeb, though he came closest) saw life breathed into the villain.

As for DCAU... frankly, it IS IS IS Farmer Brown. What a stereotypical, ill-conceived, hokey, and all-around non-threatening villain. Oversized livestock opposed to a shape shifter... easily handled and a terrible idea.

For the comics, my vote for "Worst Villain" in the comics goes to Victor Zsasz. He's really a third-rate Joker sans creativity or any interesting personality traits. Zsasz is merely a killer who carves tallies of the number of victims he kills on his own body. He's like the Batman version of Carnage. All frosting, no cake. At least guys like Calendar Man and Killer Moth can be successfully turned into likeable losers.

For Batman: The Animated Series, the worst Batman villain would have to be the Terrible Trio. Just very boring, annoying villains on a very boring, filler episode. They are just as boring on The Batman and the comics.

For The Batman, it would have to be Cluemaster. A lousy villain from the comics is just turned worse.
