Batch Processing in Photoshop (removing background)?

Is it possible to accurately remove the background from multiple pictures? Simply recording me using the magic wand tool isn't going to cut it. I'm dealing with hair and fur so I need to be accurate. Is this even possible? Each picture has the same solid white background but the subjects vary a little. PLEASE HELP!!!
