Hi there, I play the bassoon, and I am going to enter a solo/ensemble festival in a couple months. I still haven't picked out a solo. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for a solo that is really ear-catching and unique that I could perform? I would consider myself at an advanced level of playing and probably would be able to play most of your recommendations, regardless of difficulty. Thank you very much!
