Ok so school here is out in about 2 1/2 weeks. I really need to lose weight, gain and tone muscle, and get in tip top shape for the coming season.
Do you know of the best way to do that and the best foods to eat this summer.
ME:
I need to lose about 50 lbs
I have a pool, so I can do some swimming
I want to know the best running plans to get better at that
I'm 16
Place of practice: street in frount of house
Focus:
Running
Ball handling
Faking
I normally play post, but this year I want to be a wing, I have a really good 3 point, I never miss
Jump shots/ shooting
post moves- in case the wing thing doesn't work out
